Mission is to better understand what motivates people, whatever their skill level, to seek greener pastures. These greener pastures may be in other countries, in the same country but with other employers, or in the realm of the permanently unemployed. One young lady (from the Caribbean I think) is making $30,000 per month, as she tells the world via Youtube, how to make the delicious foods her grandma used to cook. More later.
